2024 Registration
Team registration is open!
Here's how team registration works:
- Fill out the form to register your team. We're looking to fill all our team slots by March 31, 2020.
- Team entry donation is $1,500 per team. Donations are due no later than April 15, 2020.
A few important notes for team captains:
(1) Your participation will be confirmed once you pay the team participant donation, which you will be responsible for as team captain. We will send you payment details when we confirm your registration.
(2) We ask that you submit your final roster with player names by April 21, 2024.
(3) All teams are provided 15 jerseys by default, but we'll work with you before they are ordered if you need less or more.
If you're an individual player, looking for a team to join...
(1) Register as an individual below and email us at skatingangelshockey@gmail.com. We'll work with to have you placed on a team. Individual entry donation for the tournament is $100 per player.
NOTE: All players must be 18+ years old and will be asked to sign a standard form liability waiver before playing.
