These terms may be updated from time-to-time by posting a revised version online. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to these TOU. The Skating Angels is a team/dba name used to generally reference and represent one or more individuals, including without limitation Danielle Kowalski.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the Site (collectively, the "Content") only for your non-commercial and personal purposes. You may not use or copy the Content in any form for any reason without express written permission in each instance. You may request permission by sending an email to skatingangelshockey@gmail.com.
Submission of Contact Information & Blog Comments
If you submit your contact information through the Site, you grant us permission to contact you in connection with your submission. All blog comments submitted are subject to our prior approval, and may be edited or removed at any time in our discretion. The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics ("FAST") has provided limited permission to Danielle Kowalski/Skating Angels of the use of the FAST Mark. The permission granted in no way constitutes an endorsement, express or implied, of any product, service, company, individual or political position.
Participation in Events
If you participate in or attend any of the events or related activities included on the Site (the "Events"), you, as participant, or the parent or legal guardian of the participant (as applicable), agrees: (1) that participant relinquishes any and all claim of liability from both Skating Angels and the FAST for and cause of action for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death occurring in connection the Events; (2) that participant/attendee acknowledges, understands and assumes all risks inherent in skating, ice hockey and related activities; and (3) that this waiver extends to release all persons involved in the Events. You will indemnify, defend and hold both Skating Angels and FAST harmless from any and all claims arising from or related to your participation in the Events. By participating in the Events, as participant, or the parent or legal guardian of the participant (as applicable) also consents to having the participant's image, voice, and likeness, recorded in video and photos. TheSkating Angels and FAST can use these recordings however we might choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation. For example, we might use these recordings on our websites, including without limitation the Site, in social media postings or future Event-related materials.
